The check-in process will be hassle free. You will work with one of our dedicated Cardinals Premier Travel Service Reps to get all the necessary information before arrival at Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Upon arrival at Sky Harbor International Airport you will receive your boarding pass and luggage tag for your rollaboard bag.
Participant may receive a refund (subtracting a $25 administrative fee) if CET sells all of the available seats on the aircraft after Participant cancels.
Yes, you can change the name on the reservation up until September 26, 2025 at 5:00 PM MST.
Each guest will be able to have (1) checked bag and (1) personal item per-person. We strongly encourage our guests to check their rollaboard bag and have (1) personal item due to the limited space on the aircraft. There will be no checked baggage fee.
Seat assignments are handled by Cardinals Premier Travel and are based on your package tier and the order in which purchases are made. Cardinals Premier Travel will do their best to accommodate parties being seated together. Seat preferences will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
